So, now that this is on the top again: I decided to play with the physics of the grunts a little bit more, just to see were will i end up, this one is a different one, but you can't actually tell the difference, so i'm just going to say that they need some more tweaks and are ready to go: (Finally, it's a total pleasure to play with this settings...)

And one last thing (Sorry, i don't like to post that much in a single moment, but if i don't do it now, i'll forget later...): Is anyone able to extract this Spectre head texture?:

The one that i could find is the gib one, so it's burned and totally destroyed, almost inusable for a common Spectre...
I looked through all the files, the damaged texture "spectre_head_01_damaged_col" is the dirty version of "spectre_head_01" minus the mouth paint. The best someone could do is take the mouth paint part of the texture, clean it up, and place it on the clean version.
Such a bad moment to don't have editing skills... Well, i'll see what i can do tomorrow...

I wish i could, but i don't know almost anything about VMT's, these were the ones that had minor changes in them so they could be visible on Gmod / SFM, nothing else, i'm just focusing on the physics because that's easy for me...

Well, i made them based on another's ragdoll phy's, they where basicly edited with Notepad ++ because i didn¿t had this computer at the moment, but do you mean a pic from the in-game physics?
Either in-game with "vcollide_wireframe 1" or through HLMV.

Yeah you need more than a 3rd torso phys. Collisions for the neck and both clavicles are also needed if you want people to be able to pose the model in any sort of realistic or dynamic fashion.

Also, fortunatelly, the Snap Out rig logic is only on certain ragdolls, i've noticed it on both Captain Grunts and both IMC male Pilots, the wrists from the rest look ok

I referenced a few images of the spectre to get the look right. So it should be pretty close to the original. I would have used a tga or a better quality format, but facepunch wouldn't allow me to link it.

Just wanted to ask, did my method for the animations work correctly for those who tired it? I want to make sure I didn't give a method that didn't work and mislead anyone :v:
I got the same results but that's just me, and knowing me I can never get anything right and I'm trying to do the titans animations :\ so maybe, maybe not

You showed me that trick where if you replace the .phy of the crappy currently-released pilot models with the .phy file of the released grunts and rename the files appropriately, you can get the models to work, right? Doesn't that mean we technically have some rough pilot models?
If you want to go the easy route, you can simply do that, but I think it'd be better if you (or someone) recompiled the Pilot models with their original animations and such edited using my EXTREMELY long explanation on [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1367767&p=47111352&viewfull=1#post47111352"]this[/URL] post.
Replacing the .phy file worked because whoever released the Pilots initially changed their skeleton to match that of Garry's Mod NPC/Playermodel/Ragdoll skeleton for easier posing. Doing this again will work fine, but other things may be broken that we don't know of, even if you replace the .phy file.

Yeah, they'r bones should match, i already did that and worked for me, so i don't see why it shouldn't work for you. And yes, we have some rough pilot models ready to use, but i still need to add (as lonefirewarrior sayd) the third torso physbox and clavicle boxes for a more proper posing, but i think that with the current .phy that i did, they should work fine for poses.

Would someone be able to do the atlas Titan's animations? I plan to upload a better Model for SFM, and before I do I want to give them the animations, I would do it myself but that guide was VERY confusing and I'm not to good at some of this stuff :\

Correction: That's a lot of work and I don't have the time right now :v: Hopefully someone else does it for you or explains it better than me, unless you'd like me to do a simplified explanation.

If you're releasing it for SFM, it doesn't have much reason to include original animations. Stock animations don't see a ton of use by any decent animators, really. Also, try and do something with the VMT's instead of leaving it fresh from the game.

IMC Close Quarters pilot is the most glitchy of all. Jumpkits as you can see are completelly black and they start changing colours or being visible at certain angles, but i'm trying to fix this as i already made some changes to the VMT and now they should look like this (still on WIP tho')

Okay, i couldn't make it a the first try and i've been really busy to fix it or try adding the rest of the physboxes... So as for theyr physics, i think that even without the clavicles and a third torso box, they are ok for now (Not perfect, but just simply "ok"...)
