SO I tried putting in models of the dead civilians from the Colony map, and it didn't end well, and I'm wondering if you hav any advice (sorry, I'm still learning)

The animations on the outpost railgun work very well, as do the animations on the full scale thruster from relic. If we can figure out the problems with the railgun model and find the rest of the textures for the thruster, mmmmm.

No, I forgot to put in the IK rig. I'm uploading the archive with it.

They do spawn, and when the phys gun beams touch them, they detect the model, but you can't grab it or move him around, idk why [editline]12th September 2015[/editline] (they spawn t-posed and you can change their bodygroups and stuff, but you can't grab them)
Probably because the bone names differ from what's in the physics file.
I doubt it, I've experienced with that before and if the physics file missmatches the bone names, when I'm going to spawn the model, the game would usually crash. But since you set these up for SFM originally, that might be the case here

That's pretty much everything except Titans. Somehow it does correctly import the reference pose for Titans though, which is nice, since the Titans default with disconnected, spaced out fingers. The reason this one works is because it's a rig for a pilot model plus the first person Titan arms and cockpit. I tried looking into the source code for the import tool but I'm not smart enough to figure out what needs changing to make the import work for full Titan models.
