Press Ctrl+A and apply rotation and scale to the model.
If the model darkens afterwards, then go into [I]Edit mode (Tab)[/I] , select all and go to [I]Mesh -> Normals -> Flip Normals.[/I]

They all have original rigging, bodygroups and skingroups for a dirty and clean look.
Awesome work, really looking forward to that pack znalecc but one thing, those dirty skins don't really seem to change much. Is there anyway to make them more impactful or visual?
I could change the color so it looks like there's some dirt on them.

Use Noesis or TexConv to convert the DDS textures. They're DX10/BC DDS files.
