Never seen that guy before, what missions are he in?
Depot operator. I still prefer Blackjack from BO3. :P [editline]15th June 2017[/editline] I didn't saw answer above. Fuck. :I
That Vic Rattlehead is bloody brilliant. Is the body from Max Payne?
yes, and the boney parts are from TheMask's skeleton. the metal parts of his head i modeled myself. this is like the fourth or fifth iteration of this dude that i'm working on, i originally started working on the Vic project like five years ago but never managed to finish it properly due to being distracted by Warhammer and things like computer trouble. now it's finally going to be properly done. i plan to make a few other versions - air force general, soldier dude, undead, probably fighter pilot, maybe even a cyborg. or i could just release him like he is now and concentrate more on Warhammer i was also working on Iron Maiden's Eddie, but his files are wherever
Just take as long as you want on it I'd say, its your project. But those ideas sound fuckin great dude, metal mascots are awesome. I can't really think of any others and I'm more of a Pantera fan so unless you wanna make a guy perpetually getting punched in the face I have no ideas hehe
[thumb]http://puu.sh/wkbrf.png[/thumb] some more MGS1 stuff
Man, those PS1 assets really weren't made for bilinear texture filtering, huh? I'm not sure if it's available in the Photoshop plugin, I know it is in VTFEdit, but try enabling the "Point Sampling" flag on the VTFs to get that crunchy unfiltered texture look. This is how Vinrax's old Resident Evil ports preserved that PS1 look.
Captain Graves from COD4R [t]http://orig12.deviantart.net/19b1/f/2017/165/e/a/graves_by_kuroyasviel-dbcrbsn.jpg[/t]
That head reminds me of the max payne model from 3.
It IS Max Payne. After 3 he became jobless, his depression worsened, and desperate for a job, he accepted being the supply depot guy in MWR. How the mighty have fallen.
"I thought it was over. But i was wrong.Very wrong.I got pulled into a big pile of shit worse than the one i was in before. And it's name is... Call of Duty Remastered."

Call of Duty Remastered."
Action sequences moving with all the excitement and unpredictability of a rollercoaster track bolted to flat ground, storylines built around shooting galleries filled with braindead and faceless enemies advancing to the soundtrack of soulless sound effects and the glorification of the special forces of some world superpower or another. I could take a dozen bullets and still find no escape from this repetitive regurgitation of "lock and load", my vitals restoring themselves through a well-rehearsed routine of sitting behind walls and waiting for the red stains to fade from my vision. I was in a Call of Duty game. Funny as hell, it was the most horrible thing I could think of.
What's with the sss trick?
SAS Woodland Shotgun man from MWRs MP put his sub surface scattering map to use to W1200 and 1911 with colored specular and roughness pbr
Ah, colored specular, my arch-nemesis. We meet again.
You can still have faceposing if its a double stack
really?
abusing the shit out of Doom 4 demon models sorry for huge
Super early, still only just cleaning up the rip. But figure trhis might work pretty well as a fallen Sister Of Battle. [t]http://i.imgur.com/SmkVHdH.jpg[/t]
In the spirit of posting more models from id-related games, luxox got BJ Blazkowicz out of Quake Champions. Yeah that was pretty epic, like the Scolar Visari model. I'm still hoping he'll get Bloodborne stuff.
Yeah that was pretty epic, like the Scolar Visari model. I'm still hoping he'll get Bloodborne stuff.
I will die of happiness if he can rip from that game.
Speaking of that B.J. model, I started working on it this morning. [t]https://i.gyazo.com/a952ce734828f534b958ef18eef848ec.png[/t][t]https://i.gyazo.com/b16eaa4698b654e240da5d642e55bbf4.png[/t] All rigged, just doing materials and the flexes now.

It's not rigged though, just an OBJ file
not much good then, also considering how old and low-detail the model is, but thanks for the offer anyway
[t]http://orig01.deviantart.net/2452/f/2017/171/0/3/bj_blaskowicz_by_yare_yare_dong-dbdgivx.png[/t] i decided to join Porky on the fun. there's still some smoothing errors that need to be fixed, but on the materials side of things, it's practically done.
Kinda surprised the model even has facial flexes, what with how fast paced the game is and how they didn't even touch them for his trailer.
He has facial rigging in the main menu, and nowhere else. I think I've actually told you this before! Not that it really matters - this was probably ripped with Ninja Ripper or whatever, so Corgi's probably redoing the flexes from scratch.
What engine is this? If it's IdTech then ninja won't work with OpenGL.
Kinda surprised the model even has facial flexes, what with how fast paced the game is and how they didn't even touch them for his trailer.
Well, as The Kins said, it does have face rigging in the game's main menu, but this is Luxox's rip, so there's no bones. I rigged it to a modified L4D Valve skeleton that's been fitted to BJ's proportions. All flexes are being made by me in Max. [vid]https://s1.webmshare.com/yY0qX.webm[/vid] [t]https://i.gyazo.com/31f2bca0a0a799d2ac971fb09cb7903d.png[/t] I'm not sure what engine it uses, but I would assume it's a variation of the current IdTech engine.
Not sure if this is the right thread, but in 3DS, how would one go about having the hand wrapped around a weapon as a base for all animations? It's exhausting modeling the individual fingers for each offset and pose and what not.
What engine is this? If it's IdTech then ninja won't work with OpenGL.
Its a hybrid of idtech and saber's engine, and ninja does work with it
