Continuing my Doom tirade. I think this is the 5th chainsaw I've took the liberty of animating by hand.

Speaking of animations: they're a bitch to fix but you can get em for a handful of things. Naturally that meant I had to get the best animation.

This is probably my favorite thread. This has given me a lot of hope. I just need to get my issue with blender sorted out. I am unable to export using the source engine export addon. :(

I think it needs to be more shiny. Otherwise it looks really good, the smoothing is finally alright and the source material is good quality.

I'm doing a small collab with a friend on Insurgent forces in Insurgency and I have one problem when it comes to the helmets in Coop mode.

Do I just grab the helmet model and remove the mesh completely to get rid of the unwanted helmets? Or do I just use an invisible texture ($alpha 0)?
Does helmet exist as separate model? Because all headgear and ammo pouches are separate from character model.

Helmets are separate models, not bodygroups.
I solved it by just changing the texture (Since Insurgents and Sec forces use same texture) and slapping $alpha 0 onto it, it worked.
