Thought I saw a Fort-12 in there for a second, you got my hopes up.
I think you mean the CZ 75 Compact or the S&W 5906. In any case, the Fort-12 appears in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, but the model seems not so good.
Yeah, I thought that CZ was the Fort. It's a shame it doesn't get portrayed more, since I love it when games use guns that are not as well known.
Well, the model seems to be in low-poly, but maybe you can take it and edit it with 3ds max or some other 3d program. I did a quick search on Google, and maybe this can be useful: Beginner’s Guide To Making Low.
You DO know that there are high-res weapon mods for Clear Sky and the sequel Call of Pripyat with better models,why not take those models from the mods?
ShadyDub, are those models baked? I could texture some of them.
I am quite aware. Problem is, I've only seen 1 higher quality Fort-12(AO3 was the mod). Besides, I've no need to port the Fort-12 right now.
Unfortunately, I dunno what means "baked" in 3D modelling. I'm interested just to models without textures, not to modelling, mod creations etc, but if you are interested, I can send you the models you needs + textures.

Fully customizable Hunter from The Division, I just need to fix rigging, add skins, physmodel and then it is good to go. The amount of bodygroups for him don't let me compile Gmod version, which is strange, but for SFM it works just fine.
Rigging him was a little bit of a pain in the ass, trying to get those pouches and watches to work better was hard.
