Hate to sound like a snitch (though I have clue where to post this), but CrazkKnife are these your environmental scenebuild models? Someone uploaded the models to the workshop and several comments are claiming they were stolen.
I quit porting over a year ago, I specifically asked him if he could finish them instead. Speaking of which @TheDaveSecond what about the Australians? Will you be doing those? Also, if you have some extra time would you be willing to port the ARVN models I created a while back?
@SgtJoe , I might port them at a later date, I haven't even finished the US soldiers and while the Vietnamese might be finished relatively soon, I still need to mix the textures for additional skingroups. They currently only have one and that is the "sweaty" skin. I've been considering adding skins from your pack to mine for more variety, but I aim to finish the facial flexes first before spending a whole day or two of fucking around with overlays in GIMP. The Vietcong scarf is entirely optional. It is a bodygroup on the bodymergeable Vietnamese tunic model and to keep the whole thing a bit more "optimized", I decided to merge the Vietcong and the NVA tunics into one file. I've split the uniforms into three files; Footwear, Pants, Tunic. Each of these has all the available skins and models for the relevant article of clothing + bodygroups.

Anyone got any idea how to make things colorable? I know there's a weird way SFM does it, but I'm not sure how it works in gmod.
Going off how a few other people have done it before, you add $blendtintbybasealpha 1 to the .vmt file, then you add a layer mask to the diffuse texture; use white for those parts of the texture you want to be colourable and black for those parts you don't want to be colourable; it is also possible to have the layer mask completely white/black or to have varying grey shades if you want something to have an appropriately subdued tint when coloured.

They should probably go a bit higher above the knees, but I am not that good at modelling or texture editing to get rid of those pockets.
I scale everything down to 80.85%, some may disagree with that scale, but I've found it to be good enough for me personally

Now I'm determined to release a model pack that actually won't be an empty promise for once. Although ragdolls and animated props are still very much out of my league, I at least know the basics of static props.
