Is this in Corra’s files? If not, do you have a link (or can tell me about where to look)? Thanks!

what do you mean by " frostbite 2" ?
Since I have no way of getting the 'correct' UV channels for the SWBF2 weapons
What problem do you have with them? If you give me names, i can check it with my new tool. I can get up to 3 UV pairs currently.

It's pretty much all the weapons. Unfortunately it seems that the FBX files aren't supported by Softimage Mod Tool, so I can't see if I can switch the channels myself in Mod Tool.
However, specifically, I'm after the DLT-19D, A280 (the AR-15 version, not the STG-44 version that is also in the 2015 game - screw the naming convention of this game) and A280-CFE (Corra_Ashu did post the A280-CFE before but the default barrel was using the incorrect channel)
ok here's what i got for a280_mesh3p_mesh:

Is that what you needed? I'm getting in exported as Xnalara mesh ascii

Yeah, I think so. I'm guessing UV channel 2 is the 'cs' texture.
if you're wanting the multiple UV channels, utilize the ascii file. SMD doesn't support more than one.
What are the best tools to extract and where can i download them and learn how to use
, for Battlefront II
What are the best tools to extract ... Battlefront II
If someone already have access to the Battlefront 2 models i would love to get the Tatooine city models. The more the better. If its possible to send them to me in some usable format with the textures.I will manually apply the textures and i will deal with the models.I know its not a easy task but i do not want to download the whole game just to get them. Thanks in advance :)

This information is outdated ;)
I just released UFBE 0.1

Get it here http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=135590#p135590
or here http://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?p=30253#p30253
I'll write some help for it soon, or maybe someone even make a tutorial.
Mostly its self-explanatory, but for now, most important notes:
1. this first version is only for SWBF2 full game, and not patch, so select DATA folder
2. no progress bar sorry
3. type something in edit box and press "FilteR" button to select what to dump
3. if you leave "filter" edit box empty, it will dump WHOLE game
4. you need to click "scan bundles" & "scan CAS/CAT" before dumping, but you only need to do this ONCE, after that, bundles & cas info will be hashed
Daemon, can your scripts pull LODs?

And on this day, he did give many thanks and offer great celebration of the great and glorious Daemon -
for he hath brought unto the community better and better tools and a general sense of glee for those who sought to make dreams reality. All hail, sir. Thanks for your excellent and hard work!
hello all i was wondering if any one has Rey in her Last Jedi skin from battlefront 2?

Check early in this thread or late in v.2 - I think Rancor shared a version, and likely someone else did. May need "face-fixing" & if so, check Daemon's tools on Xentax (also linked earlier in the threads)

ah yeah found it on page 2, not sure how i missed it haha, i'll give it a look now thanks
OK, it appears I have successfully dumped the full game, but I'm having a hell of time figuring out how to go from ascii and meshsets to fbx or any other compatible format. It appears id-daemon's tool did work like a charm but I will certainly appreciate it when we can use Frosty for selective dump/conversions. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
Frosty for BF2 probably won’t come out until the game is dead, the creator is afraid of EA cracking down on it
I imagine that likely won't be too far in the future Tuskin considering the game is already on death row.
Okay, I've got the chunks to extract but they are all without proper names, in order to find out what .chunk files I need, do I need to convert the .ebx to .txt?
Frosty for BF2 probably won’t come out until the game is dead, the creator is afraid of EA cracking down on it
Oh, I totally understand, but if the game is in a death spiral, wouldn't it make more sense to support it (at least "unofficially")
Ok. I also got the swbf2 dumped. I have several .chunk and .ebx files. Can someone tell me what is next?
Thank you for everyone's hard work in making these extractors, python scripts etc!

What do you mean by proper names? You need sounds or models or what?
What do you mean by proper names? You need sounds or models or what?
Models and textures is what I'm after, also a thank you to you Daemon for getting it as far as it is so far.
You can get models, but not textures right now, I'm working on the tool for only 3 days, it will be improved soon.
Okay, so I have a pile of chunk files. How do I determine which are for each particular model? And what tool would I need to convert them to .mesh?
someone have try to export both stations, on Fondor mission ?
UFBE 0.2 released!

and here http://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?p=30273#p30273
Changes:
- Support for: Battlefield 1, SWBF1, SWBF2 (alpha, beta and full game)
- chunks will have long names, so all previous tools will work
- fixed crash if some CAS files are missing
You need to delete all files from tool folder, otherwise it will crash.
Cool, thanks for sharing!
