So I followed your tutorial on extracting the models, by setting up the "working" folder, etc. Followed all steps from 1 -4. when it came to step 5, I ran into first problem:When I dropped the .meshSet file on the fb_SWBF2.exe all I got was "Frostbite faceposer has stopped working". Wow you're quick xD I just finished writing that up!
What mesh does it happen on? Also were the files extracted with latest version of UFBE? For the texture tool it is important that all chunks are lowercase letters (first UFBE extracted them uppercase).

Can you try to run fb_SWBF2_meshes.exe through command line and send a screenshot of the error it shows?

This chunk name needs to be 000b6ee327e679e44844cd3700d52854.chunk for example. All letters need to be lowercase in the name, otherwise the texture tool will just ignore them.

Check 9., nvidia dds plugin will not work with these. Looks like you probably downloaded UFBE just before I did that quick fix that changed names to lowcase. Anyway, current version of the tool will not require renaming.
