Here is the navy crewman in smd/ascii and you need to re export dds files. You can use either Noesis or Photoshop with dds plugin.

I think this was an oversight in UFBE so I'm sure there will be a fix for it eventually :) The mesh tool needs a long name for it that the python script extracts. Just rename that mesh to 'kyloren_02_cape_cloth_mesh 5cab803cb2dc8eb5 60320000508d020060010000b0006001.MeshSet' and it should work.
For now here's two lists in case you need names for more cloth meshes (so you don't have to re-extract game with python script):

I can import all the .fbx files and view them in Rhino.... however i cannot import the .fbx files from the 2017 rips... is there an update I need??

Even without the photoshop enhancements the lit version looks fantastic. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re seriously talented.

How do you get the VisualUnlock files for the aliens? It appears that only the human characters have them, and you need them in order to use Daemon's face fixing tool.

If it is anything like the beta i think the random heads are all in one file and it has to be seperated manually. I don't know what file this is though

The base model is the one from SWBF 2015. Should be somewhere in the v2 Thread I think
So I did everything in the tutorial, got all of the add-ons and plug-ins in the right places or so I think, and everything works but... The Texture editor won't do anything at all, I don't get errors or anything it just reads the chunks and does nothing when I press get DDS. No textures pop up, also I can't load the ASCII model in blender it says (An error occurred during import Frame info is invalid. Not all data might have been imported successfully) What am I doing wrong?

Did you use the [URL="https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=135608#p135608"]latest version of UFBE[/URL]? The previous one will export all chunks in uppercase letters, which will make the Texture tool ignore them. Go inside your chunks folder and check the name of the first (when sorted alphabetical)

everything is as it should be ...
the Fb_SWBF2_mesh crashes immediately. It makes a .smd file but its completely messed.
