There's a checkbox for 'create folders'.

I'm well aware of that one, only reason I am asking for the other one is because I want use it for my Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod and the site rules say I am unable to use the DICE/EA model if I want to make a public release. Plus this one is well over the polygon count for it to function smoothly in that dated engine.

Ah, that makes sense. Unfortunately I don't know of any lower-poly models of the AT-M6 around at the moment. There is one of the T-70 though. What is the max poly count you are looking for?

Maximum polycount I have used ingame was approximately 9 - 11k with no lag it was originaly 21k. I am able to edit the model and reduce polycount.
Could someone help out with getting the sounds extracted? I see alot of tools, but can't figure out how to get the sounds to extract. Do i put the ebx in the chunks folder to get certain sounds to extract or ? And what tools exactly?

If you use Blender, or don't mind using it for this purpose, I usually have no problems exporting large files with textures as a dae file and then load it into blender render. It will come with the textures applied in a base structure [so you'll at least know what goes where] but things like alpha channels don't always carry over [blender gets confused on my end if the other format used a texture instead of like a png with transparency]. From Blender you can very easily export to obj or fbx. Aside from a few hiccups I very rarely encounter any major texturing issues going from Cinema 4d to Blender. Biggest problem I hit is the dds not being able to be opened in GIMP, but I just use a bulk texture converter to go from dds to png.

I remember that what I did was check in Cinema 4D that maps were each material to then apply them manually in 3ds Max...
