So I'm having a little issue with the new hero files for Han, Luke and Leia. When I'm assigning textures in Blender, they aren't lining up right. Anyone have suggestions on what I am doing wrong or how to fix? Thanks!
Can anyone please export the First Order TIE Pilot from Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes to .fx or .obj format?
Can Frosty or any other application open or show the details of the ShaderGraph files (ss_filename_01_a for example)? I'd love to see exactly which textures are used on a particular object.
Thanks!
Not really. Frosty definetely doesn't do it. It displays some materials partially tho. it can atleast help to find diffuse textures. The ss_files don't contain any usable info. Just 2 64-bits and perhaps another 128-bit resource or chunk hash. You'd have to find those things for that to work. I had no luck finding the chunks with daemon's tool. I may check later (in approximately 12 hours - or just tomorrow).
Real Quick: Meshset files contain the material names (M_abc_xyz), but daemon's tool doesn't find any files for those. The textures references should be found in this secret sauce.
I can export the models easily.. but my exported .dds files are broken I think..
When trying to convert them with the "DDS Converter" i'll receive an error message.. but opening them within Photoshop they seem to be broken.
They are just black.. I have no clue how to fix this.
I ahve started with Mos Eisley yesterday ... most of it is online now ...

you need to flip the UVs in Y axis ... that should help
Just a reminder that Noesis can open and convert the DDS files extracted by Frosty.

Here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/file/sytzg7ee6l216vl/Dropship.zip
The renders are poorly rendered in Cinema4D with Physical Renderer
I just put the textures on with a little tweaks and activated AO and GI.
@cSonora Could you share the cockpit? It looks awesome!
Thanks for the tip! It got me started. Ended up having to rotate Y and Z axis, but the flip comment helped a lot. I've only been trying to rotate the textures 90 degrees. Thanks a lot for the response!!
Hey everyone! I have been searching the forums for about a month and I can't find bridge interiors.
I specifically need the bridge from the providence dreadnaught or something that looks like it.
Any other interiors for bases/ships are appreciated.
I fixed it. You need to install the texture plugin from Intel for PS. The link is in Frosty included. Just open it up and check the texts on the right side :)
It is a bit tricky because dds is a container format which can iclude many formats. Over 90 percent of all Viewers do not support all formats..and Frosty is using not a popular one..
Or you can just use the Texconv Tool (you can download in the Folder linked below- DX 10 Convert.rar)
to Batchconvert an whole Folder to jpg, png, bmp or tga.
I use dds2jpg.bat for a quick preview and dds2png.bat to extract the Alpha Channel in an seperated File.
Just extract the Tool in the Folder were the dds are and doubleclick the bat File of your choice.
Works perfect for me ( Win7 tested).
@badhorse
Thanks for your tip with the xNormal Tool.
Tested it and I failed miserable.
I got only plane Blue Files with fullsize out. 16mb Size but nothing to see.
However. Found an other Option that work great for me with this Tool in the Toolbar on the right side
called Tools/ Heightmap to Normal Map. For the Height Map i use an Color Map and it generates an
usable ( i Think ) Normal Map in 5 seconds without any 3dMesh.

All Files with only one UV-Set.
Jinata Security Ships ( Glebgang Ships ) includes original textures and the Cockpits.
Someone requested the Planet Textures a long time ago. Also in the Folder.

Iden`s Tie Fighter from the Fondor Shipyard Mission also in the Folder.

Hi. There is no t_tiefightercockpit_cutscene01 Texture in the Vehicle_Tie-Fighter.rar
And no Texture for the Screen on the Steering.
If you want, you can download the textures direkt from the Preview.

Does anyone have a link to the TFU Felucia plant meshes and textures ?
A short question to our Frosty Pro's. Is there a way to locate the proper textures if they are not in the same folder? Because Frosty shows the models with the correct textures but I canot find them.
I really need them because currently I am working on some environment props

Would someone be able to post a high quality render of the dropship pretty please? Not like 4k high quality just like 1980x1080 or something? I think it could be a neat addition to my "Rebel Alliance concept art" collection and wallpaper slideshow haha

where did you find the screen texture?
Does anybody has Republic Y-Wing from new Battlefront?
EDIT: Found it.
where did you find the screen texture?
Hi. The Screen Texture is made by me.
I used t_tiecontrol_screen.dds, t_tiecontrol_screenfont.dds and the t_scopelens_01 Texture from the Weapons
to use it for a static Cockpit. Made it similar to the Screen of Vader´s Tie from Episode 4.
The whole Cokpit looks like that.
I think ingame it will be an animated or generated Screen.
Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could shoot me to a post that may have the Y wing pilot helmet? I have searched through the threads and I am wondering if there is not one or if I just over looked it. Thanks

enjoy ...
Well this thing has turned out to be every bit the pain-in-the-ass it was advertised to be. It's not just a matter of positioning the parts, some of them have extensive battle-damage mesh inextricably overlaid on the undamaged mesh that needed to be isolated and removed first. I have a few more textures yet to figure out, and I'm not 100% certain how the decal shader works, but after that I'll try exporting it and see how well it packages up. Probably a few more days.

One of the Resistance escort starships from the last film, the Ninka class. Very good, a great work.

Bunker-Buster Corvette from The Last Jedi. It was included in the December DLC.
