What is that? :D
the BunkerBuster
Long time ago when I was modding SWG I got this converter. So far it works with most dds issues I run across so I can convert it for GIMP. I usually just drop the file contents into whatever folder I need to convert and double click the ctex_all file. From there I can mess around with it in GIMP without any additional plugins. A couple more renders with the new Tie Fighter's cockpit. I modified the cockpit geometry to have some coherence between the interior and exterior views of the Tie Fighter, and also to fit perfectly inside the ship model. [T]https://imgur.com/gOPgHN7.png[/T] [T]https://imgur.com/QryQEf9.png[/T]
I'm having some troubles applying the textures to the Resistance Transport from the Landmarks file that was uploaded, could somebody help me out as to why it's not working properly?

Do you mind sharing the modified version you updated? If the pilot were to be inside that would be even sweeter!
Hey badhorse, would you mind sharing the Jawa again you uploaded a thread back? Cheers [IMG][/IMG]
Hey does anyone else have a download of this guy. I've PM'd 'badhorse' and asked him on this thread but sadly he hasn't answered me. Must be busy ripping more models!

Must be busy ripping more models!
Busy assembling the Bunker Buster still, actually. You'd be better off getting a newer version of the Jawa anyway. The one I shared previously wasn't rigged. Between SWBF2 and the latest release of Frosty, you (or somebody) should be able to get something a little more usable.

No worries if you're too busy though. I'll just have to model one. Cheers

I don't suppose ripping animations from SWBF 2017 is possible? I'd love to get my hands on the B1 animation set.
Awesome! Do you mind sharing the modified version you updated? If the pilot were to be inside that would be even sweeter!
Sure. quesetion: I would like to pose the character models but ... that rigg is nearly impossible to use for me in C4D ... does someone know how to use that riggs in C4D? TIA
quesetion: I would like to pose the character models but ... that rigg is nearly impossible to use for me in C4D ... does someone know how to use that riggs in C4D? TIA
It's pretty straightforward. If the model is rigged properly (like the ones that you have uploaded) you just need to find within the skeleton the bones you want to move, and then rotate them accordingly. Probably your problem is that you are trying to select the bones in the viewport. Instead of doing that, hide the whole rig to have a clearer view, look for the bone you want to move in the objects manager window, select it, and inmediately you will see in the viewport the bone's axis, which you will be able to manipulate easily.
Sure. Only geo as textures have been shared already!
Thanks!!! [editline]28th December 2017[/editline]
Real Quick: Meshset files contain the material names (M_abc_xyz), but daemon's tool doesn't find any files for those. The textures references should be found in this secret sauce.
I missed this reply somehow. I didn't know that the meshset listed the material names in it! That should contain everything I needed to know, let me try looking inside of it. Thanks!
the Jawa from SWBF2 https://nofile.io/f/VXMcoUMXRW7/Jawa.zip
I'm going to call this one done for now. All the damage had been removed from the mesh and the textures have all been baked to a single UV channel. I tried exporting and reimporting and everything seemed to work out, but you'll still need to reapply some of the textures. You can see from the artifacts in the second pic that I never did get the color decal to work quite right, but that's more of a rendering issue. Maybe you'll have better luck there. I am mainly pulling models. My question is if there are new TLJ elements online now, how do I get the new item s added to my game? Do you have to purchase these separately? Through Origin of course, I can re-download my purchased game, etc. but it's unclear how to get any "add-ons". ANY INFO FOLKS?

I have to say, I like the bunker buster design. It really looks good. Looks like a heavily tweaked CR90 Corvette.
