Does anyone know how open .archive content from Nexusmods? Trying to get the unreleased skin replacer for Rey for a project I'm working on. All my unarchivers don't seem to want to open it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Nice render. Can you clarify as to where you're seeing it being broken? It's a big model, so mistakes are easy to overlook. I did use the SpatialPrefabBlueprint files, so barring any typos, all the components should be as they appear in the game. Even so, I did notice a few instances of minor misalignments/clipping. As far as I can tell, that's just the way the game model is. "Fixing" these areas is a bit subjective, so feel free to nudge/tweak the meshes as you see fit.

@BadHorse Some Round shapes have smoothing issues. i tried cleaning up the geometry and apply many different fixing methods and smoothing options but they appear broken.
Surpisingly the viewport doesnt recognize these errors
Strange -- I'm not seeing it on mine. It doesn't look to me like a smoothing issue, more like the sort of thing that happens when two surface occupy the same space.
Its alright. I used the 2017 fbx version. i will try to import different formats to see if it works.

That's the plan. I don't usually show pics of something unless I plan on sharing it as well. I have just a few more items to place, and then I have to figure out how I'm going to share it. It's a massive file and I'm out of space on MediaFire. Guess I'll have to delete some old models.

I didn't include an SooG folder this time, as the RAR already tips the scales at nearly 1GB, and I figure many of you can get what you need from Frosty
All battle damage has been removed from the communication tower, deflector shield spheres, solar ionization reactor, tractor beam generators, etc.
Admittedly, I'm not sure if the tractor beam generators are correct. I couldn't find any good in-game reference pics, and what I found in the mesh looks nothing like any of the movie stills. Best I can do without more info.
For most component meshes with 2 UV channels (almost all of them), I have re-baked a normal texture onto the same channel as the C and S textures. Some of them are massive (i.e. 8192x8192) as they have to maintain fidelity across the entire hull. Even so, there are some slight anti-aliasing issues. In other cases this meant merging the paneltile normals with the detail normals, so you don't have to use multiple materials for meshes with the same C and S textures.
Just like with the MC80, despite using the exact coordinates from the SpatialPrefabBlueprint file to assemble the model, I've found that some of the component meshes were off by just a smidge. If something doesn't look quite right, don't be too surprised -- just nudge it back into place. For example, I located/oriented the turbolaser frames exactly according to the mined placement data, even double and triple-checked the numbers, and they still don't line up quite straight. Go figure.

SooG isn't really a common acronym, mostly just one I use. It stands for Straight Out Of Game. For most other projects, I include this folder with the unaltered meshes/textures.
All the the textures in this package have been de-composed/re-composed as discrete textures (Co, Sp, Me, No) strictly RGB, no alpha.

I've been pouring over this whole thread for a few days now, as well as tinkering, but have yet to find a solution to the UV issues with the Venator model. Has anyone yet solved these issues?
I have been able to extract the textures and save as PNG but just cannot get them to map. I haven't had these issues with any other models. It's been posted here before but I'll attach a picture of the hull with the color mapped to the default UV. It's not just the hull piece, none of the parts map correctly with their corresponding textures.
I'm using Keyshot, by the way. I know there are issues with Keyshot only using 1 UV channel but like I said, this is the only model I'm having issues with. I thought it may be because there's some kind of loss when exporting the DSS to PNG out of photoshop, but I had no issues with the Corvus model, for example. I've tried with Neosis as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did anyone extracted the Rey and Chewbacca Millenium Falcon from the SWBF2?
There is a hangar crane mesh available in the game assets, but I chose not to include it in the package for three reasons:
There is no information about its exact placement in the SpatialPrefabBlueprint file.
It's at a different scale (~2:1) compared to the rest of the ship.
And most importantly ... because I forgot.
I posted a while back. But have a better one now with a few tweaks.
