No, Sakurai would never allow that. I mean, remember SSBB could've just used PBR models? Unless that's GameFreak, which could explain why no actual shinies have ever appeared on any of the pokemon... Well, except pseudo-shiny Mewtwo, GSC Shiny Charizard, and pseudo-shiny Pikachu with a choice Band. Oh, yeah, and pseudo-shiny Greninja.
Not sure why Sakurai would never allow it, that doesn't make any sense. Also, you could have just said alternate costumes contain "pseudo-shiny" skins...
I think that Brawl's non-playable Pokemon models come from a variety of sources, like a lot of the other trophies and similar.

you ever get the feeling you set the jointconstrain values too high?
no, but then again I set them in a model viewer like HLMV
yes i did too but i dont know why i thought that wouldn't happen ingame
Why not? Don't they use the same exact physics engine?
It actually isn't the X/Y model, it's a completely different one.

There's the texture from that, and below are the ones from X/Y.

I prefer the XY one, as it comes with more eyes and mouths.

I don't think HLMV has a physics engine at all :v:
I don't think HLMV has a physics engine at all :v:
I honestly can only use the Phy-gun. I was with GMod way back when the only guides for it were how to use the Psy-gun.

Could have sworn jigglebones... well... jiggled in it... doesn't that require physics?
They do. Never tried it with properly set up jigglebones though.
Ah, well I work with models with jigglebone hair on a regular basis. In fact I only knew they were jigglebones because I didn't know you had to make them stiff to properly resize models in SFM.

HAIR?! O_O
I'd elaborate but considering the controversial nature of the characters I'd prefer not to.
Gardevoir can now be ported, just saying^^
Man... It's been too long since i last came here... And now Gen 6 is in Gmod! :D
Get my most favorite ninja please? (if you can...)

Ninjask? Greninja has already been done. Though, it is custom made.

Wait... What? I didn't see him in the workshop.
Edit: Oh i see, not the same look he has in Pokemon X/Y and Smash 3D but still look good atleast
Just search for Greninja.
Be sure to use Mister Prawn's version, it's rigged better.
I can easily see the differences between the V2 brawl model and the X/Y/Smash one but it's pretty good, it'll do untill RTB get the real one. (if he does)

No, this one.

Wow, there really is some differences.
Prawn will probably port it, seeing as he already ported both Meloetta forms as brawl mods and as part of his own X and Y pack.

Yeah, I probably will at some point. RandomTBush did say he was going to port Greninja himself later on to accommodate the other Kalos starters, but he's rather busy with other stuff right now, so he passed the torch onto me.
Another thing: is anyone willing to help me make alternate textures for Greninja based on his Smash 4 recolors?
I am! I can even make a bonus Mewtwo themed one (R.I.P. Mewtwo)
Anyone else have 19 pages? I can only go to page 18 though.

It's a known glitch on these forums apparently. Guess the admins never got around to fixing it...
I'm porting this ORAS May model into sfm

Does anyone know how to assign bones to models from blender to sfm?
the model already has a .smd file with the bones already made. I went through the process or compiling, qc creating and such and ended up with just a static prop stuck in the T pose in sfm model viewer
