• World Of Guns: Gun Disassembly - Model Ripping?

You mean "disassembled" as in game? Because I use 3DX Ripper which capture model as it. Not like NR. On single parts.
@h3x3r , first of all, and as always, thanks for your willingness. Second, sorry for my bad English, I did not realize I had written in an incomprehensible, but I meant that I thought you used NinjaRipper, and since NinjaRipper rips WoG models completely messed up, if you had not alredy reassembled the meshes, you could have provided the model messed up too. Hmm... my English is so shitty that maybe I made even more mess of the previous message! However, 3D Ripper DX makes everything easier, so I ask you: which models have you already ripped? Because I have a sort of little wish list, and maybe you already have all the models I like. I say this because I do not want to steal your time (and honestly, I thought that someday I wanted to make you a donation, but unfortunately, not now. I'm facing problems with job, and I have to be careful with every cent I spend!).
I have some heavy edited models prepared for stalker lost alpha. Just tell me which one you want and i will rip them for you...
Sorry for the huge list, but I thought to take advantage once and for all since we are here. I'll repay you as soon as possible. I promise you. So, no textures as always. And obviously, do it calmly, no hurry AMT Backup - Barrett M107 - Browning Buck Mark - Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammer - COP .357 Derringer - Harpers Ferry Model 1805 - HK SL9SD - IWI Jericho 941 - LR 300 ML - M32 MGL - Marlin Model 336 Deluxe - Maxim gun - Remington Model 95 - Ruger LCR - Ruger LCP - Ruger No. 1 - Ruger Old Army - Ruger SR9 - Smith & Wesson M&P 40 - Smith & Wesson Model 3 - Smith & Wesson Sigma - Springfield Armory XDM - Steyr Scout - Winchester Model 1873 - Walther P99AS - Browning M2 - HK USP - Beretta PX4 Storm - Winchester Model 1897 - Protector Palm Pistol - Saiga-12K-030 - LeMat revolver - Henry Octagon Frontier - Smith & Wesson Model 4006. ... and the first Gatling Gun is coming! A masterpiece to have.
h3x3r I was able to download your fn57.fbx file, convert the file to .stl and then brought it into Simplyfy3D for 3D printing. I separated the parts and was able to get to this stage with a single part. I think this method is certainly easier than 3D modeling every part in Solidworks. It would be very possible to 3D print the entire model with this process. I'm still working out how to rip the files like you've been doing, but it certainly works. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/309696/b2b16c25-5df6-4050-bec2-4a7aa60d39c7/57.JPG
h3x3r, Thank you for the generous offer and I may take you up on it. But first I'm going to 3D print the files from your FN57 and see if the model is close to correct. I would like to make the files available for the 3D printing community. I was able to get the Ningaripper program to extract the .rip files from the TEC 9 model using the information from this excellent information string. Since I own a real tec-9 I want to check the dimensions from the actual gun and see if the detail & scale is close to correct. Hopefully I can fix any problems. After checking it and setting it up for 3D printing I'll see if it can be assembled as a plastic model. If not, then I'll go back to the old Solidworks 3D route. The files from WoG are far more extensive then the available firearms I have here to reverse engineer. The top picture is from Simplyfy3D where the model can be broken into its parts then arranged with only a few clicks of the mouse. The second picture shows the detail of the bolt face and the firing pin hole. Thank you especially h3x3r- and the other people who posted for there help. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/309696/a62ae3cf-b098-465c-8219-5001fdac2846/fn57 b.JPG https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/309696/d7bd3c1b-3804-4a09-acc1-ebbee9dbaa39/fn7 a.JPG
Hello, Could someone rip the Bren MKII LMG for me please? I dont need textures, just the model, dousnt even have to be assembled. Only come across the game today and love that it has accurate weapon models. I wish to use it as a reference to make a different version of the gun. But I dont have 3DS Max so cant run this 3ds ripper dx program i have seen mentioned in this thread. Also could someone please tell me which guns I need to unlock to reach the bren gun in the game? Thank you for reading.
Honestly suprised to see this thread is still alive. I don't know a thing about ripping or software, but if someone way smarter than me could help me out with a few models, I'd be very appreciative. Currently I'm looking for the following models (from most to least important): RPG-7 Winchester Model 21 Liberator FP-45 M79 M32 MGL Barrett M107 Chiappa Rhino Ruger Mark II Browning Buckmark Welrod Borchardt C-93 M134D LeMat Revolver Nambu type 14 Mostly older historical stuff (yeah I know I'm an A-hole for asking for so much stuff but I figure it's way easier for people who know how to do it) I'd love to get all the files (who wouldn't) but if someone could help me out I'm sure we could work out some form of repayment.
@h3x3r , just a question about 3D Ripper: you said you use this program for rip the models, right? But how do you fix the deformation of the models? Whatever I try to rip, the model is always deformed and it is impossible to fix it like the original, while your models are always perfect. I state that I checked on Google, but I did not find anything about it. Do you use any particular settings?
Could I have some help please? I have the non steam version of world of guns installed and 3d ripper dx v1.8.2 installed. I have set 3d ripper to windows 7 compatibility mode and put -force-d3d9 into the command line parameters box. I press launch and the game launches fine with the words "ready to capture" in top left hand corner. I load up a gun and then press F12 and nothing happens. I press it a few more times and nothing happens. I go and have a hot drink and come back and still nothings happened. I look in the output file location and the 3 folders for frames and textures are empty. What am i doing wrong?
hello I'm looking for Sig Sauer sp2022 in FBX file and textures, thank you
@h3x3r I was wondering if you (or anyone else who has figured it out or can follow better than me) could make a post or message me a step by step on how to rip and convert the models from the game? Or point me toward a file of all the models already ripped?
