I'm not sure that's even really camouflage. I doubt it follows any kind of real pattern.
You could use ATACS as a pretty close stand-in.

First two I have marked as Moldovan 1991, the third is a Belarus border guards/customs pattern IIRC.

The third one is also Moldovan : "Also worn by some Armenian forces, an interesting camouflage design derivative of the 3-TsV but having more spot-like shapes is seen here. This pattern also appears only to have been produced as a lightweight combat uniform, and imported from the manufacturers in Ukraine."

Some posters here hold on to .psd files of the patterns where each color in a pattern is its own layer. I do a similar thing with .svg files.
If it's reworking a .png, it'll never be a completely clean recolor.

Dark brown is replaced with medium brown, at least.
This is as far as I've gotten with the SS-Rauchtarn overprint. Used on top of the 3-color Eichenlaubmuster I posted earlier. Does not repeat horizontally.

I just recoloured the original Belgian Jigsaw pattern made by Rusty from this thread, so it's a little rough around the edges but it looks good enough

Tile repeats vertically only at 46cm (compromise between Eichenlaub and Rauchtarn sizes).
