No, it's a Cambodian pattern, you can tell by the left patch on his chest. It says "RCAF" (Royal Cambodian Air Force).

the pic shows Cambodian airmen. looks like they don't have a standard uniform. really neat color for their digital camo.
Thanks guys for clearing that up. :) Camopedia is really lacking on Cambodia, they don't show several of those patterns in that pic as used in Camobodia (such as those patterns similar to US Woodland Marpat and ACU).

Not gonna claim this as my own as it contains two works from Rusty & Tounushi. (Will remove is necessary) It includes Tiger Stripe and SS Summer. I always thought it'd be a great cross-over, and as far as I can see it is.
