The IMC is like a white UCP Camo pattern, while the militia is some kind of a Jungle or woodland pattern
I doubt that this pattern was ever committed to print or even planned through, but I liked the look so much that I made a tile

I ripped most of the Planetside 2 camos, a lot of them seem to be knockoffs of real world camos along with some in house made ones.
I can upload them in a day or so here in dds format, the various tints for colorations and faction based variants seem to work on some sort of scripted tint system though.

That'd be great.
They usually have the camo color values in an .xml file listing the RGBA channel color values. At least that's how it is in Tanks.
Just to note, I'm revamping the titling of the stuff in my dropbox.
Game camos will be marked vidya; vehicle camos will be marked as such; movie camos as such...
National camos wherever possible, except CADPAT, since that's been copied everywhere.

Thanks for these! looks like I only got one colored pattern out of the bunch. The rest are greyscale... TBH, I was expecting a more technicolor selection.

Yeah, the game uses some kind of shader or something I think for controlling the tints on them, which makes sense I guess so they don't have to make duplicates for each variation.

I found the rest of the camo tiles and added them to the same folder. Some of them are colored but I am pretty sure they have variants as well so might want to check out that wiki link in the previous post.

Noticed the structure. Greyscale patterns use faction colors, the rest are overlain as-is on player skins.
I noticed quite a few facsimiles of DPM, Woodland, Chocolate Chip, Coffee Stain (a pretty good reconstruction, made me realize it's derived from Chocolate Chip), Erbsenmuster, Platanenmuster 1, Telo Mimetico, Korean, Splittermuster, etc.
Used the Heroes and Generals tile to make a reconstruction of MacLaren camo. There is basically nothing about it in terms of images, just enough for some pieces and a vertically repeating strip. And I don't even know the scale of it, so I'm guessing it's 15 inches, which I arrived at comparing the blobs between it and the american WWII camo.

Getting rather vexed with Woodland. Apparently M1948 ERDL is horizontally repeating, and Woodland is nought but a resize and refinement of it, but I can't find any material on ERDL past certain a certain point without taking a look at commercial and second/third-hand sources.
And I am having extreme difficulties in finding any original ERDL documentation on M1948 through google.
This is pretty much all I've managed to piece together on Woodland/ERDL, with the red-tinted parts being "suspect." I can't find anything official that can link the edges together.

The thing with any painted camo is that unless there's a set collection of instructions or templates, there's no real point in anyone copying it. It's basically a free-hand project for anyone wanting to make their own take on it.
