I'm pretty sure the idea was choice and plenty of it, which is a very novel idea. Take a car, hoof it on foot, take a taxi, or teleport.
I suppose you are right, but very few people used the taxi on the server I was on.

Hey I found something that was weird. I don't have hl2 ep2 but when I started the map and used the Jalopy I appeared in my vehicle spawn menu. Now I have the jalopy but no ep2.

I dunno, but I noticed a few things:
-I have VU-MOD, and when I run Mobenix_V2, I see the VU-MOD Jalopy in the vehicle list. On any other map, the Jalopy isn't in the list. From reading the file description, and peeking in the map files with GCFScape, I noticed that everything was included for the Jalopy except for sounds.
-As a side note, even after extracting the Jalopy model from the .Bsp file, it doesn't work. I'm not sure if I extracted it to the wrong folder, (I extracted it to /models, but I can't remember if there's supposed to be a sub folder that it goes in) or something else.
Otherwise, the map is pure greatness, aside from the problem with the Easy Engine Battery. Have a Mapping King.
Absoultly AMAZING map, Ive never seen one with such Beauty, it is so big, and a AWSOME multiplayer map, ever since i got this map, my server has been overflowing with users. THANKS SO MUCH YOU RULE!
Hey i found a bug that HAS to be fixed SOON for those of you who use easy Engine a mod that lets u build your own car then but a engine in it, sadly there are quite a few problems and yes i have tested it on a original map and it fine so there are some pretty bad problems
Add more eastereggs and hidden stuff! They make this map what it is!

C:\program files\steam\steamapps\{your username}\garrysmod\garrysmod\
Like i said there are some conflictive problems with the map and a few mods like easy engine mod there has to be a way to fix that

Yes but only small things.

It is amazing map itself, but if you still can add stuff:
1. Add more custom cars to ride, they are amazing!
2. Make more houses, so it would be awesome rp map. (not importand, if you are going to make rp_mobenix)
3. Some basic decorations/interiors to maps houses, i mean beds stools tables, because every house looks so haunted inside :D
4. Place to practice with weapons like shooting range where you earn points by shooting at bottles :D
These are just suqqestions.

[*]A "door open" button in the elevator at the start. Sometimes the doors close when you're still in it, and you have to kill yourself to respawn. Or, perhaps you could have a trigger_push to get the person out the elevator?
