I think you need to add more particles. And remove the strange red things flying around. Make it more yellowish, and then it's a go :D

Mine won't show up in game...saved it and have the stuff set up right, says there is no particle system named that

First thing I really worked on:

Changed the effect to have smoke and to use the engine fire rather than the tf fire.
And a random ball of flames and smoke :dance:

I want to use this, however Episode 2 won't start up :( I want steam to use my master drive, not the slave one, however it keeps opening my games from the slave drive, not the master one. If I try manually opening the games from the files in the master drive it doesn't work :(

Why i can't spawn them? I placed PCFs and particles_manifest.txt in "particles" folder (in gmod dir)

Then trying to spawn it using particle system stool in gmod
I wrote to text field "cloud3"(named it as "cloud3" in editor), then clicked on the ground and it said that there is no "cloud3"
My particles don't spawn!

There's one effect in the "Dog vs Strider coreography"-file that uses ropes. It's a small effect that just shoots a string of rope downwards.

You should use a mesh with an animated bump map in combination with the particles.

I just started to use the particle editor yesterday and I think it's phenomenal. However, I'm currently working on dynamic water. I hope you like it:
