You should add blood in 3rd image on floor as well. See where the big spot of blood is on the wall. And suddenly it goes clean on floor?

Add some more boxes.
Make the lights differently colored, lighting is almost never purely white.

I would say the lighting is appropriate given the textures.
I would've not bothered with the lighting until I was done with the level design in general, were I a mapper of any sort.

Generally yes, but if you want to show images, lighting is a very good idea. Holding off until it was more complete would have been a better idea.
Looks way better with lights in it, don't you think?
Anyways, I think you should make a story. It don't need to be a good one, just something that makes sense. Now its just a bunch of rooms with NPCs in it.
I knew it was better with lights but, I was gonna do them anyway when it was near completion. But oh well, A few more boxes added as requested. I will add more pics soon, It's a pain in the arse, Half life source saves them as tgas

I think you should add some kind of like a wall support or frame where rooms change. Because I think it looks a bit silly when 1 texture stright changes to another?
+ Exit sign is too low I think

Those light blocks still look awful. They should be level with the ceiling, or slightly recessed.
