The staircase needs a railing and the support things outside are kind of blocky but it looks pretty good.

Although the lighting is a tad bland.
I don't plan on changing the supports but maybe the textures. Since there are house with supports just like those. Also I'm currently fixing up the lighting since it in reality is very bland and I'm also adding railings to the top of the stairs.
I think it would look okay with some sexy textures.
How's d'you fancy this? Some bunker thing I've been working on and off with. They're both quite old, I'll grab some newer ones.

How do I fix this shadow leakage? The shadow is coming from a bed frame above.

Would a countryside map work, because I made one.
Any map will do, as long as it's got outdoor areas, and NPCs can get anywhere on the map where players can go.
It also helps to have cramped areas as well as open areas to keep the map interesting. And the map itself should be somewhat large, like about as big as de_cbble or bigger.

The lights are too bright at the actual models. The atmosphere is nice, but the brightness sort of draws attention away from the rest of it.

Anyone is allowed to make a map (this is all volunteer work), although purple fog is generally not the best thing to have in a ToxSin map.

Also, I don't really understand how to use FGDs, so I'm just going to create custom entities in the map that are pretty bland (I wont have much control over it) but they will work with the game mode.
Also, I'll make some reference pics in a moment, for what a base idea of the center of the city will be like.

The indoor lighting needs work.
I don't want to over board on the lighting on the inside since it will looks very odd from the outside so can you be more specific?
Sorry. I meant that the light spots on the ceilings in some of the pictures doesn't look that good. Use light_spot's if you aren't already for those.
I do have light_spots but I guess they don't show up unless I'm far enough back. I might try to make it stronger if you want.

I find that light_spot entities make my lighting look like shit, but maybe that's just me.

place down a light and change brightness to like a blue, kinda dark and grey with intensity of 2 or 3, then set quadratic to 0 then constant to 1.
