The interiors of the buildings aren't too nice yet, and the exteriors need some sort of work. But the sky is fantastic, I don't live in the US but in the pretty high up in the north and that's what it looks like here.

Looks great but I'd use displacements to make the roads, i think it'd look alot better. Only other thing is the tree's trunks look like they're caked in snow :psyduck:
Nice work so far, just remember that detail is key to making your map look realistic and you're on to a winner!
This suggestion might sound far-fetched but the canyon road should be extended more.

as of today, ive ceased development to replace it with something much bigger and better. if anyone wants, i can give them the .vmf of it if you want to continue it. you dont have to give credit if you dont want to. i will also bundle in my materials that i used. not oskutins materials. my materials. you can get his from his vmf thread.
