Those waters are yet bit cleaned and also they're full of chemicals. And powerfull ventillation.
But atleast the smell won't go to the city :v:

I'm looking forward to seeing that compiled. It looks like you've used a lot of prop_statics so I hope you don't hit the limit (I had to merge a lot of mine together to prevent this).

I believe that the prop limit is the highest limit of all the limitations within source, so you should be okay.
I got a MAX_MAP_ENTITIES error after around 8200 PointEntities. I managed to get it down to 5000 :)
Antimonycat is like our Source limits Crash Dummy. Heh... Good to know.
