I don't want to sound like a total idiot, but couldn't you replace some of the custom textures with default HL2 or CSS ones?
Custom ones doesn't take that much.

How many entities do you have in the map? Gmod has a small limit. But once gmod 13 comes out it'll be fine.
Edit: Use lua_run print(table.Count(ents.GetAll())) in console.

Map entity limits are handled by the compiler of the engine, not the game.
A workaround might be to place static props in editor up to the limit.
Then place the dynamic props via script in gmod (to push it over the limit)
I said the map was only for GM13 for a reason

You can just use Half Life 2 Episode Two to map for Garry's Mod, no special entities need to be placed really.
And you can't really change the hardcoded limit that the engine uses without ALOT of effort into modding, I've seen it be done but that took the people a very very very long time
