That's either L4D1 or 2 content. Garry never included DLC vpk's being mounted with L4D2, so that might be the reason.
The map has a lot of missing content I'm unable to locate anymore, so that's why I removed it from the workshop. I don't really have the time to backtrace all of the models and materials and where they came from.

So I just gotta extract the dlc materials and drop it in gmod I geuss
