Yes, the trophy room belongs to the back half of the great hall. What is in the front half, we will never know. Remember that the bottom windows do belong to the trophy room, and the top half belong to the Great Hall. Hence the reason why there are some steps leading from the Entrance Courtyard to the Great Hall.

Couple years ago I saw a lego Hogwarts, which had Snape's classroom underneath the greathall. Could be there?

This holiday I've tried to convince my school to use their resources to model further. At first school was ok with it, but a couple days ago they restricted my access.
I haven't got a school specially meant for modelling (highschool) but I've been using their resources. Now they restricted me, the future looks bleak for this project.
I didn't want to tell this any sooner, as I might've been able to convince them. School's word is final :(.
Maybe when I got my degree I can ask them again though.
