Ok, this map ran with not a whole lot of visual lag at all in GMod 10, although I don't know the framerate yet, as I have yet to turn it on in GMod 10. However, I do have an error that I believe it said that it didn't render the whole map or something like that. I'll post the error and the framerate later. Oh, and for those that want specs: AMD Athlon 3000+ Socket 754 (2.0 GHz) BFG nVidia GeForce 7600 GT OC 512MB DDR2 AGP 8x/4x 1 GB DDR 400 (2x512MB) Western Digital PATA (IDE) 150 GB Yes I do have an LCD monitor. It has a 4 ms response time. I don't think that it's sold anymore.

Ok, an update of my situation Apparently it lags in some areas but not all. My fps: 12-80 and the error that I was talking about: "Too many vertex format changes in frame, whole world not rendered"
I played this, and while I don't have exact fps, it did pretty decently. not good enough for me to pose well on some parts, yet decent nonetheless. I hope the guy who's working on optimising this can make it better.
It works fine for me excpet when i destroy the core and such, but over all I can do fine with running through the ship or noclipping through. Sadly I was making a great, well organized army of combine and was about finished when it crashed, not a lag error though. It was a beautiful army. I never got to blow it up. :( But atleast I can rebuild! :)
Just wondering, Is there any way of aborting the self destruct while it's still counting down, like restablizing the core somehow? Edit: Oh, and the usual shocked comment about your insane mapping skills. :)

Yes, there is a self destruct, the way to do it is very complex and will turn away MingeBags very quick. A Few questions I start the teleporter, Then what? Dose the Magnetic crane work? I notice the Ship lift makes a constant Ka-Klinking noise while going down. IS there anyway to turn off the Pistols on the Engine? Do the Cameras do anything? Whats with the strange light up Orb station on the bridge?

I made it for people who maybe felt like making a comic on the map. The crane does not work, it is just for scenery. The ship lift are intended to make those sounds, I thought it sounded nice. The pistols on the engines cannot be turned of, this because they are prop_dynamics and only had that animation, not an resting animation. The cameras are just there for scenery. I don't know what you are talking about on the light orb.

Don't ask me why, but whenever I saw the name of this map, it seemed like it said Kuranagi to me. That's beside the point; this map is awesome! =D

I was a little disappointed in the self destruct scene, but that's not your fault. I was expecting way too much. Architecturally, it gets very confusing on how to get to places due to the doors being a bit hard to see. Anyways it's really cool. For the sliding doors, how'd you do that Lord M? I need to find out how to do that so I can finish my Temple of Time map.
This is the best map I have ever seen! Lord M you are truly a fantastic mapper!
