Look, I just wanted to make an original rp map. I thought of some ways to improve the rp playing experience, combined it with one of my favorite styles and got started. If you all hate the idea that's fine, the map's still getting released. I had my vision completely in focus: Replicate the style seen in countless aim maps and apply it to gmod rp. Keep it simple, keep it smooth, no complications. When did my vision intrude on yours? In that case, why should anybody else have a vision of this project? I'm not going to make another WIP, I don't think I can. All I ever wanted was a good thumbs up, mabey a little suggestion here and there, but nothing to tear apart my vision completely. How can you take the base of a map, throw it in the trash, and tell the mapper to start over? If I wanted detail, wouldn't I have called it high_deftown instead?
We were just saying your vision would be pretty inappropriate for rp.

Just make your map and release it. Then, when no one wants to play it, you will have the base of a map and can texture it and add props. There ya go. Sorry if anyone discouraged you, but we were just trying to give you our constructive opinions.

Things seem to have got a bit heated around here, but I was just thinking, on the nodraw thing, it could be like this: "Well, nodraw isn't a dev brush" "I don't see any nodraw around here, do you?"

Also, the pics in this thread arent working for me. help?
