Yeah, I should probably make them like 5k polygons , then you could play in nice enviroment a with FPS of 5 but with nice shapes.

The textures are really unappealing. Mainly the poles.
The poles holding up the solar pannels and the backs of the pannels themselves do not fit. I think they should be the same texture to make it fit.
Make solar panels at LEAST like this:
