trigger_once trigger_teleport I make crappy maps and make my brother play them. It's always funny when He's playing it and I tell him: "Go get that shotgun" Next thing he knows, two doors close, trapping him, the lights go out, and when they come back on he's in a room full of zombies.
Func_areaportal. I honestly can't think of- Env_sprite. Oh yes sprite that bitch up. Has to be env_sprite.
Obsolete. It's hammers way of Rick rolling you.
logic_relay Very useful when trying to organize I/O commands.
npc_puppet because I love my hands.

prop_button_floor because I remember it taking me forever to learn how to make one in Portal 1 when I started mapping. Non-game specific would be light_spot cuz it makes pretty lights.
logic_case because of all the tricky things you can do with it. It's saved my ideas from abandonment multiple times.
