EDIT: Ok, I got to the bottom of it. He was originally editing a campaign map for personal use which he started to change into this map. He deleted the campaign part and continued building not knowing that it would still have the decompile error. Thus making it look as if he had stolen parts when he had not.
In short, everything is fine continue downloading!
