It was my first attempt at a crude jukebox. My next project is still undefined. I am in the planning stage. I was toying around with a decompiled version of RP_SilentHill and I may completely remake the map, using all of my newly acquired skills or I may re-open my train map that is like a small town with trains running around it through mountains, tunnels, etc, but I may save that for later down the road. I may also make a css map, not sure. I also had the idea to make a auto assembly plant, but I see it is already being done so that is out for now unless that one fails, I need practice with logic and npc's so for now I am just kind of sandbox-ing ideas. Planning stage always sucks for me at first, but once I come up with a concept everything just comes naturally. Expect a new wip thread from me in a week or two.

This is by far the best looking RP map I have ever seen. Granted, there were some better, but not in the visual area. Your interior is simply gorgeous. The all around design is good. I also like how the town is closed off. I didn't like it at first, but then I noticed the train and the train station. The con: Well, there isn't much to do. Maybe add a gunstore or some spawners.

I have a problem maybe someone here can help. Well everytime i extract this map this pops up ! C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\evilferret1994\garrysmod\garrysmod\maps\rp_christmastown.rar: CRC failed in rp_christmastown.bsp. The file is corrupt Anyone know how to get this fixed?

Extract the map first.

what do you mean extract the map first? I extracted it once it was in the map files.

Very beautiful. I have'nt seen a map theme of winter nor the holidays touch this one adds. Could use a bit more, it is rather small, not enough houses nor business choices. I do enjoy the lack of the gunshop though, things seem a bit more relaxed without it :)

Several things: 1. Great map! I can't wait to play on it! Thanks a whole bunch! Now I can call a couple of friends together and drink some (spiked) eggnog! 2. Elvis doesn't live, but his music still kicks ass. 3. Do I just put the file in the maps folder? I'm still a bit new to GMOD 10, and I was just curious. Thanks again! Any idea why all I see is a lot of purple and black square boxes and error signs? I tried both download links, same thing.

Customers would be killed if they shot at me, because I place dynamite with 0 alpha in front of the counter etc. It's fun, yeah. Oh and by the way, is the roof supposed to be invisible in one of the hospital rooms?

Oh and by the way, is the roof supposed to be invisible in one of the hospital rooms?[/QUOTE] The roof is not supposed to be invisible, I found what the problem was (turned brush into a displacement) and am going to eventually release a fix with snow for GMOD 10 only since it supports the snowfall precipitation type.
