Great for a first map, just needs a little bit of work.
I agree with everyone else.
You should really put in a light_environment, it'll make it look MUCH better, along with a custom texture of the lettering, I use Paint.NET. The textures also need a little bit more of variety, etc, etc..
Otherwise, good job, and I hope to see more of this map!
