Do you talk to yourself when you are mapping?

I HAVE talked to myself out loud when nobody's home and I'm in the basement, other than those few times, I just keep talking in my head, especially when mapping, I keep thinking "oh yeah this looks nice, wait, why the hell won't this align right? Where did that button go, I JUST used it." and anything else like that. Even when I'm listening to music.

I talk to myself when I'm mapping, when I'm testing a compile, when I'm sketching or pitching new ideas.

Crazy as it sounds I find it does help.

usually i just talk outloud to make sure i know where im putting stuff :P but especially if something goes wrong i start having a conversation about how stupid something that just happened is and how it needs to be fixed somehow. that or a yell at myself for being my usual self: a moron. DOH!
