Otherwise the brushwork is pretty basic and lacking detail.
The geometry is cool and all but maybe you should use brighter textures, the whole thing looks too dark, you'll probably have to make some custom ones.

The reason for some textures being different in gmod is because Gmod mounts the games in a certain order, if a game mounted before tf2 (or after?) has a texture in the same folder and with the same name, it will replace the tf2 one.
Loving what I see still, keep working on it.

To take screenshots in TF2, do bind f5 screenshot_jpeg in console.

This maps looking awesome, try and fix your textures though, i seen some which were mis-allined.
