Sorry, but it's all gone.
If i had them i would give you them, but i actually only made about 30 or so textures.
Best thing to do this pick up this game from somewhere, because getting the files from this is pretty easy.

Map needs alot more colored, flashing signs / Billboards on the houses. Also Wires hanging over the streets. Benches, Dumbsters, garbage, etc. to make it look like people are actually living there. Fog, just a little. Also some Steam on Rooftops or coming out of Vents on the Houses, you know. Actually I always wanted to make a GTA 3 Map, but never managed to get all the models and textures into Hammer. Well thats some Years ago.
Oh, also Traffic lights.

So, go on mapping this! :D

Would people PLEASE read the previous posts? We've been through most of this, and the map is done. Gone. Wipped in a harddrive crash.
