Ok, this can be advanced and to enter you have to give an example of your previous work or must have been a known member of facepunch/a mapper for a long enough period for people to know you're a decent mapper.
But what's to stop "advanced" people entering in the "noob" thread?

If we feel they are of a higher standard than others or have a fairly decent reputation around here for being a good mapper we will move their map from one competition to the other.

I guess, but I wouldn't recommend it as you'd have to do every room - you couldn't just do one and the competitions mostly about exteriors so you'd be rated on like 75% exterior and 25% interior.
Which doesn't make sense but you get the general idea of what I'm saying.

VGDCMario, there's about 1 month till the end of the competition, just try to make it as detailed as possible and watch up / read up on some tutorials to make it better.

I don't really get why people troll.
It can be funny, which makes it ok (sometimes) but when people just act like retards (like VGDCMario) I don't understand it.
