try putting them as prop physics but check the motion disabled flag

Also try setting the physics props as prop_physics_override, that might help.

Upon moving HL2 content to steampipe, I believe you have to extract the content manually (unless it's changed from the last time I tried on the beta).
Can't get the template open in hammer. Is it because I'm using the ep2 engine?

It looks nice, but needs more detail. Posters on the wall, a light switch, message board, employee rights notice... just to name a few. Make it look more "used".
Please make sure you [B]INCLUDE[/B] all the assets used in your map(s), because if you don't it won't be included. (Nobody needs a purple and black office unless it's on purpose)

There's no rush to get your map done, take your time. All the smaller details really bring a map(or room) alive. If you look at the map I'm working on for the Shopping Mall collab, you notice stuff like mugs on the tables, signs on doors etc... I'm not saying I'm the best mapper, I'm just giving you an example. You could simply use the beer splash decal to act as a coffee stain. Keep going man!
