It usually takes me 1-3 days to finish the basic structure of a house. I am not a very fast mapper.
Also, I am recreating a tiny inaccurate sketch of a house I made in pre-calc... so this may take a while.
New house is coming along nicely. Exterior is pretty much done and I am now working on setting up the interior.

That patio looks pretty damn thick. Try lowering the height of it or add a small staircase next to either side of it.
You should make a timelapse for your next house so that we can see how you build your houses in Hammer and learn from your workflow.
