just make a func_breakable brush 4 units thick with the glass texture + set its strength really high
thats all you have to do

Or use Firegod's method, keep in mind that it will allow Grenades and Rockets to pass through.

Like when i take the ladder up there i don't want to fall threw the glass i want to be above everyone and be able to shoot them threw the fucking glass.

All you have to do is click the glass, press Ctrl T. Bellow the tabs in the window that opened it says 'Class:' Type in func_illusionary. Press Apply.
Make a brush above the glass with the player clipped texture.
