Nexus door frames are 5 brushes. A standard door frame is at least 4 brushes to take in account for the space above the frame.

You have to make the corner out of a cylinder of twice the length and width you want, and then use the clipping tool to cut it to just the corner you want. You may need to change the number of sides of the cylinder and rotate the texture, too.

You aren't doing too bad there. Change the color of your lights, pure white lights don't look that good.
