WOW you managed to port from Republic Commandos Shadow_of_intent? I always failed when I tried :/ You are using Umodel right? I'm gonna try again, maybe I can make it work on Gmod if you dont have luck making them work LordTrilobite(But I might take shitloads of time so if you make it work then go on, I will help you in the future if more models are needed too). Awesome work here.
I did indeed. Try the new Umodel. It was updated not long ago, and supports all the static meshes from the game.
I haven't been able to import the models in to source yet though, porting from maya to source is hell.
I can export all of them to .smd?
Oh man, the sounds of this is getting even better and better. I can picture a pose with hundreds of clones and hundreds of battle droids and commandos and jedi with fighters in the air and the raging war as they clash

Nice, could be usefull for posing when I release the map. Do you use maya? cause if you do I could use a few tips about exporting.
No, I use 3ds Max 8. Don't know anything about Maya.
Please do all the props(weapons, ships and everything)! They will fit perfectly with this map! If you have time ofc.

Make each leg set as its own vehicle and code to compensate(I've tried this one and it kinda works, but with lots of references to other vehicles, lag can ensue) 2. Use lua and or C++ 3. Win and or profit? What I really want to know is if you can code brush work to be a vehicle (SPHAT on the mad drivable anyone?)
I can't code and I'm bad at triggers, but I suppose I could make simple controls for the SPHA-T walker, like move forward and backward.

Oh. No I don't think its possible, but why would you want to? Hammer gives you visual entities and names and I believe it would be easier.

No updates thus far. I took a break for a while, and I still haven't been able to import the models properly. I'll probably get back to this soon. Someone also made a custom skybox for me to use in my Star Destroyer map, making space a lot moree pretty.
I hate to think this map is dead, but at the very least I think we can assume its in hibernation.
