Bumping this thread up.Hows the progress coming along insane?

I think it'd be really cool if you stuck in a secret(ish) underground area, like a labyrinth, a village, a cave, a den, or just a random series of tunnels. Looking good!

Last time I checked you were 80% done, how about now. What's your current status?

Add a admin room & a weapon room.

I'd just like to be able to build some contraptions on it.

I have an idea! You could have it so that certain things (like buildings, environment stuff, and NPCs) can be adjusted, or turned on or off. Maybe just have a room with buttons in it to toggle those things, but you'd have to find a way to limit usage of that room to the admin. That way the same one map could be easily changed (in-game) to be most any type of map, like adventure, deathmatch, role playing, building, racing, or anything! Good idea? Huh?

Wow i like it when i see the grass makes me feel like i'm in a cartoon and when i hit the dirt & sand it makes me feel like i'm in a wild west movie =) looks like Hawaii =) i love it here take a gold star.

How many megabits is this going to be, this is such a big map i would think it would be over 50 megabits?

I'm going on a "kano" trip for 3 days with my class, and then i'll be back to normal and mapping. :P Like this. Are you going to keep the edges of the hills chunky? It looks really strange to have the edge just immediately drop off like it currently does. They're just giant steps. Oh, and I think that it'd make the map feel a lot smoother if you made sure to avoid having the map end in obvious corners. Just round them a little bit, to add to the illusion of the map not exactly feeling the whole space. And a skybox would help too.
