No announcements about it since the post-Ep2 discussions when Valve gave some vague idea on how long they'd like to take to make it, but I honestly think it'll be here by end of 2011, maybe early 2012. They've most likely been working on it constantly over the past year and a half, just keeping it quiet so it becomes the top seller/game of the year due to it's quality.
I don't doubt Valve's ability to make Ep3 their greatest, most exquisite game to date.
Does anyone know how to convert time into Valve Time? I'm trying to calculate when Episode 3 comes out but even if I did know it I'm faced with translating [b]"When it's done"[/b] into an exact amount of time.

Exactly, I need the most recent rates. When Valve first started Valve Time was 2 years for every year, which is why HL came out in 1998, but it's been steadily increasing. It seems to be lowering now since Portal 2 is actually coming out.
