When you first showed this I thought I was just looking at a bunch of texture work honestly, it's kind of weird. Maybe it's just JPG being crap or maybe things should be recessed or jutting out just a little bit more.

You might get odd shadows, but that can either be ignored or fixed by changing the lightmap size.

In screenshot one, the tiles seem to be floating. Also, in screenshot three, the windows appear opaque but look like light comes through them
