I am testing out a prototype for an Easter egg in my Mod.
I wonder how effective this would be

Not bad, I tried to make a futuristic like place once. the map got corrupted and lost it.

Unfortunately, I don't have any more Screenshots of that corridor.
I will remake this map using the destroyed or the old aperture theme.... I had some fun making it.

There is a portal able surface on the facing wall. You can either make a leap of faith or use a funnel beams

You put the .bsp into your maps folder. You don't actually open it.

It fits perfectly on 1080p 16:9 display, which is kind of standard today.. so no reason to thumbnail it

I removed the green room and replaced it. Looks much better now in my opinion. Also STILL W I P. The room is of course still empty.

I really really like it, but something about the aesthetics really put me off. It feels noisy and hard. I'd use more flat plaster and make lighting more concentrated, but more bouncy. (also use some tinting with lights)

Also for those interested there is an update coming for my underground rp map, hopefully tomorrow at the latest.
Also, I don't remember if I mentioned this here or not but I've been working on some lua map entities that allow mappers to setup their doors for rp gamemodes.

I also plan on making it easy for any new rp gamemode to support it, right now it only supports DarkRP, ClockWork (untested) and NutScript as they are the only gamemodes I know of.
I made a entity to set the jail positions for DarkRP too.
Would anyone use these in their maps if I made it really easy to add them?

PNGOUT is what I usually use for TGA screenshot -> PNG; mainly because it does a really good job compressing.
