The way your tiles have broken on the ground doesn't look practical. A tile like that would break into sharp pieces, not slightly rounded pieces. And same goes for the plaster on the walls.

I don't know. Strange. Funky tree btw. I like the general feel though, nicely done. I did another 20 brush challenge, for HL2DM this time. It's not the best-looking 20b map ever (using stock assets only) but monolithic architecture and solid concrete is always a nice combo, right? Are brushes with more than 6 faces allowed in this challenge? Kinda feel like contributing too.

Trigger brush entities are free, as are nodraw brushes, skip brushes etc etc as long as the player can't see them or interact/collide with them in any way. Tangible/visible brushes tied to entities (such as moving platforms, like in my map up there) count as part of the 20 brushes. A single displacement plane/face counts as one brush (so a fully displaced cube counts as six brushes). Skybox tooltexture brushes are free as long as they don't affect gameplay (as with floating platforms sealed by a skybox). Also, one prop = one brush. The mapping section should host another contest/collaboration or something. It's been a while and the last thing I mapped for was for was the Condominium Collab that went silent back in July.
