It'd look like I was going backwards if I posted pictures. Lame. Now if only I could get a decent teleporter effect. Turns out I can't stick a camera in there, CS:GO doesn't have that, and the fix is kludgy to say the least edit: Looking at my maps folder...I have around 30 different iterations of this fucking base.

I commented asking if the video author asked Lifeless for permission to use the map, but I doubt I'll get a reply. Someone should tell Lifeless about this (if he doesn't already know).

Working on my fallout 3 themed roleplay map. I have added tons of new stuff like several small towns, caves, power stations and more. Will add a few more caves and maybe another vault. Hopefully it will be a good map for the roleplay community. (otherwise it's a kill, or invisible walls?) That way everything outside isn't wasted.

Not when laps are shared through the entire team. A team of 10 just needs 4 laps per player, which could be done in under two minutes.

In this instance, I'd open up bloodgulch in Halo Trial(Cuz it's free), get on the roof of the building, and walk edge to edge, counting how long it takes. I'll make the basic shape (in this instance and octagon), and do the resize it til I get it right. If possible, I'll move the size to the nearest Base 2 size. The map would pretty much be proportionate when you made it in source. Since it's such a large map, without a lot of easily measurable distance, You'd have to do a lot by eye, but the method still works in most scenaios.

Once I get everything laid out how I want it, then the detail happens. Originally the light grey building on the left side was going to be a general store, but something doesn't feel...right. Ideas?
